At R.L. Sligh, our planning process is an in-depth process that allows us to ensure your company is prepared to continue operations in the face of an emergency or disaster. We go beyond just producing a plan on paper. We will use our experience and training to take your company through a transition to preparedness with hands-on training through our various programs.
Our team will perform a Risk Hazard Analysis of your company and determine potential threats to your organization. We will help you recognize the threats your business faces and provide you with the tools and training you need to prepare your company to go through these threats.
You will choose a manager for your strategic plan, and we will go through multiple meetings to evaluate your organization and create a disaster management plan. We will test this plan and educate your staff on the plan to ensure everyone is familiar with it.
