Chief Jones is one of the best instructors I have ever had in my 20 plus years in the fire and EMS service. It was an honor to be in the small classroom setting that we had on Zoom with just 24 or so students. To be taught in that setting with this man's credentials is something I hope I never forget. To be taught by one of the top fire chiefs in the country was a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Chief Jones was an awesome instructor. He was very knowledgeable of the material but what he did best was helped the students apply it to their organization. With his experience and position as Chief of Pittsburg Fire Department helps create credibility on the instructor based upon how he has handled these topics within his organization. He is a great facilitator and would love to take future classes with him in the future. He challenged me to reflect on myself which made an impact on me for my personal betterment.

Chief Jones is a very knowledgeable and progressive instructor. His current position as the Fire Chief of Pittsburg lends a lot of experiences and credibility to helping us learn the material. He is a great instructor and valuable asset to the NFA. I hope I have him in my remaining EFO classes.
